Sonoma Energy text-message terms.

Program description

Sonoma Energy offers two separately selected text-message categories. Promotional texts include solar and battery offers and referral promotions. Informational texts include inquiry responses, appointment reminders, project follow-ups, and customer-service updates. You receive a category only if you separately opt in to that category.

Consent and frequency

Promotional consent and informational consent are collected through separate, optional checkboxes, both unchecked by default. You may choose either, both, or neither. Agreement to a quote request, privacy policy, or other terms does not enroll you in promotional texts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies based on your request, project, and interactions with Sonoma Energy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Sonoma Energy text-message program.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Sonoma Energy does not charge a separate fee for joining the text-message program.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call (602) 509-0911, or email info@sonomaenergy.org.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
